Charlotte is a passionate and dedicated Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner, committed to helping individuals make lasting changes to improve their health and well-being.
Lifestyle medicine focuses on making sustainable changes in daily habits to promote long-term health. The aim is to empower individuals to take control of their health and improve their quality of life by making meaningful, evidence-based changes.
In her Lifestyle Medicine consultations, Charlotte takes a holistic approach, assessing each person’s personal and medical history, diet and nutrition, physical activity, sleep patterns, stress levels, and mental health. She works closely with her patients to develop tailored plans with practical steps to help them achieve their health goals. This might include lifestyle recommendations around diet, exercise, stress management, and sleep, as well as behavioural change strategies.
Charlotte’s consultations often include ongoing support and motivation, with follow-up sessions designed to refine the plan as needed and keep patients on track toward their health goals. These sessions are available online.
Outside of her work, Charlotte enjoys spending time in nature, exploring new places, and staying active with Pilates, strength training, and long walks. She believes that movement is medicine and encourages her patients to find enjoyable ways to keep their bodies strong and resilient.
