Online physiotherapy consultation

Remote assessments and treatment from your home

How do our video consultations work?

Travelling in person to see a physiotherapist isn’t always practical, which is why we are pleased to offer remote video consultations.

Remote physiotherapy allows you to access our team’s expertise from the comfort of your own home.

These consultations are designed to empower and equip you with the right knowledge to manage your condition.

Using the latest technology, and with software from Physiotec, we provide you with the best tools, advice, and strategies to recover from your injury.

“With the current covid 19 restrictions and my urgent need for physio I booked in with Jakub at W6 Physiotherapy for remote physio. It has far surpassed my expectation and has been very effective. Having had so much success with it, I would certainly use the remote service even out of lockdown as a convenient way to get physio help from the comfort of my own home.” Catherine

Consultation Structure:

  1. We listen to you as you describe your health, your injury and the limitations this causes you.
  2. We investigate. This may include posture screening or asking you to demonstrate a particular movement in order to evaluate your strength and level of function.
  3. We advise. Based on the information gathered, we help you optimise your recovery with a personalised home exercise program. Detailed instructions will also be sent to you via email after the session, with images and videos to guide you.
  4. We follow up with another video consultation to monitor your progress.
